成立于2009年，总占地4000亩，其中水面960亩。农场以行业最高标准的有机农业为发展目标，先后通过南京国环有机认证中心授予的有机水产、有机粮蔬基地证书，此外，还拥有生态养殖、生态果品、特种养殖基地。产品全、质量优，是苏中地区最综合化的有机农场。
